Project Manager on Block 21-o and Alpha North projects.  Approximately £15m worth of work between the 2 projects.  Both major civils taxiway renewal / replacement airfield projects at Heathrow with the logistical challenges of completing construction works at the UK's busiest airport which runs at 98% without affecting the operation.

Project Manager on Tranche 1C project.  Approximately £11m worth of work on major civils taxiway renewal / replacement airfield at Heathrow.  This project had complex logistical challenges of creating a construction site in an area of the airoprt on a security boundary line blocking access to BA maintenance areas.  The first phase of the project involved construction of a new temporary taxiway through an existing grass area to provide an aircraft diversion route.

Project Manager on Tranche 1A projects, £5m worth of taxiway renewal and reconfiguration work on various areas of Heathrow's airfield including runway entry and exit taxiways.

Project Manager on Heathrow Southern Runway Repair works for Morgan Sindall involving re-surfacing and crack repairs to sections of the Heathrow's Southern Runway including the touch down zone.

Responsible for the commercial and contractual management of the maintenance works being carried out to the external shaft of the Heathrow Air Traffic Control Tower. Roles/duties include cost management, cost value reporting, forecasting, Subcontract management, client and supplier negotiation, project risk management and more.
