Morgan EST Programme Management Services is a new business unit which supplies recourses who specialise in either Planning, Risk, Procurement, Programme Management to new or existing projects which want to implement new effective project controls to ensure successful project delivery.



I was assigned the Paddington Span 4 Renewals project which was the refurbishment of a grade 1 listed barrelled roof. I was tasked to interrogate the working and BL programme and write a report of my findings highlighting critical issues, solutions and benefits of changing existing practices.
