Current role as consultant scheduler focussed on P6 as sole Project Management tool, providing cost and schedule progress reporting from a budget loaded project baseline with separate key prod rate reporting for accurate progress check and balance. Brief includes mentoring others in coherent and robust processes utilising baselines and P6 for key project management outputs.
