I product WBS , define activities ,duration  , relations and make schedule for power plant (EPC or another) and estimate cost for EV , calculate weight factor ,make S-curve and then updated it and make weekly , monthly reports for client . If we have delay from plan , I analyze cuases and may be claimed

     Preparing master WBS & schedule .

     Preparing contract schedule for each contract E, P or C and getting detail schedule based on it.

     Tracking overall schedule and compare with contractor’s tasks.

     Addressing delays and area of concerns.

     Taking the physical progress from each department and compare with the sub-contractors reports and Updating progress in P3.1.
