I have been involved in planning and Project Controls for the past 13 years.  My initial experience was as a site engineer with a Major Contractor working in the UK Civil Engineering sector on a Mixture of Road and Major Civil Engineering projects.  This lead me into planning and Building works.

Employed through Railtrack Headquarters as the Zonal liaison. Responsible for delivering the North West Zone’s Incremental Output Statement programme and the Modern Facilities at Stations programme. The Incremental Output Statement programme was a Strategic Rail Authority initiative to provide enhancements to the rail network. The North West Zone’s programme included 36 schemes, 12 of which were progressed to full feasibility studies, the remainder were carried out as desktop studies within North West Zone.
