Working within the LUL Connect Project Delivery team to ensure effective implementation of station enabling works for integration of Radio services into the entire London Underground railway infrastructure. Work involved top down monitoring of work completions together with problem-solving and control of issues at the implementation level, to ensure contractors’ compliance with stringent LUL processes and procedures for access, method-statementing, deviation issues and certification.
