Responsible for planning and scheduling all repairs projects of offshore drilling vessels.  Maintained progress of all labor reports for management

Planner/Scheduler II & Cost Control Manager

•Utilizes Primavera P6 daily and Microsoft Project per request

•Prepares, issues, and maintains management and project-level schedules and other project specific schedules, as required.

•Prepares and analyzes schedule status reports. Maintains progress and performance charts and reports to communicate project performance to clients and Project management.

•Actively participates in the management of key project materials in close collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement.

Provide cost support to senior management, vice presidents, control account managers and project managers. Direct the development of detailed monthly baselines, schedules and earned value management reports. Perform variance analysis reporting, weekly and monthly internal and external reporting, funding forecasts, out year planning, rate development and proposal support for multiple contracts. Support special projects as required.

Primary roles and duties included developing and updating pre-construction and construction schedules using Primavera P6.

Senior Planner / Scheduler

Roles and Duties currently include:

• Support planning and scheduling across several divisions including Healthcare, Industrial, Heavy Civil and Retail
• Build and maintain construction schedule for accurate forecasting and planning
• Provide updates to project team including Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors and Vendors

Cinnovas – Data Area Renovation Project, Blue Ridge Summit, PA, $440k

I am currently providing schedule update and management services for this project and am working closely with the Project Manager to maintain the schedule as a current and viable management tool.

Farley Building Solutions – Plant Renovation Project, Stony Creek, VA, $700k

Provided scheduling support for the Transatlantic Division, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, in scheduling civil construction projects for the Afghanistan National Army and Police forces.
