Key responsibilities:- 

Ø  Planning & Scheduling  of  Project activities in CCPM & MSP  

• Managed a team of 180 staff including Engineers, technicians and un-skilled workers for the electrical installation and the MEP installation works in the electrical substation projects. Succeeded in building and maintaining a motivated team to achieve the project objective.
• Managed technical teams to execute stringent work schedules like outage maintenance work of Transformers and complete the works safely on time.
• Liaising with the sub-contractors for the completion of site execution works within schedule.

• Coordinating the project activities and preparing specifications with the clients to ensure drawings are per the specifications of clients.
