Planning Engineer: Peform Schedule and Cost Control - Develop Baseline Schedule, Baseline Budget, Monitor and Control Schedule and Cost performance, Process Change Orders and Delay claims.
Programme Management.
Develop Project Execution Master Plan.
Ø Developing an Integrated / Master Schedule / Program. Schedule Maintenance (Updating, Re-Base lining, Forecast program etc.)
Ø Development of system for updating, reporting & controlling the project parameters (time, cost etc.)
Ø Development of PMS (Progress Measurement System, includes weightages, cost breakdown etc.) for the project, Schedule progress reports, “S”-Curves etc.
As a PLANNING ENGINEER working with Petrochemical Business Unit of M/s LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD, ECC division India, my responsibilities included preparation of project schedules using MS Project, monitoring & reporting, co-ordination, job allocation, procurement follow up and preparation of job cost reports and cost statements.
