Responsible for the developoment and operation of the Project Controls function across the Region

1.       Take part with the Planning & Project Controls functional head and the regional managers in shaping the function strategies and initiative.

• Prepares plans, schedules & administers Signalling, Electrical, Civil, Track, OHW, Buildings & Mechanical engineering projects across multiple projects / programs of works.
• Contributes into the Development and Implementation of planning and controls management strategy including management plans, planning tools, systems, processes and other documentation to support Project Controls / PMO and Alliance.
• Responsible for making sure that the Scope of Works are covered in the Proje

Our company is responsible for all the concrete and civil works of the ISBL and OSBL areas of the LNG plant.

Supporting role to senior planner.

Assisted with developement of various reports for various stakeholders.

Updating and maintaining of programme, QMR and other KPI reports.

Assist with weekly progress reporting.

Provide project team with data and information as requested.

• Develop project schedules and tender schedules in Primavera P6
• Develop and/or maintain Excel spreadsheets as required to support the schedules
• If assigned to a project, help maintain the progress of the project schedule as directed by the senior planner

Assisting senior project planner.

Basic scheduling and program maintenance.

Assisting wit weekly and monthly progress reporting.
