Managed construction renovation projects under the Technical Support Group/ Healthcare Maintenance Department. Responsibility was mainly to ensure that construction projects run on-time and within budget according to its construction drawings and specifications. It also includes supervision and co-ordination with multiple contractors and ensures all operations are undertaken in a safe manner in accordance with Saudi Aramco stranded.

Prepare project schedules by Critical Path Method (CPM) including activity duration estimates, man-hours loading, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), progress S-Curve, monthly cash flow, and obtain project team review and approval.

• To prepare technical input for a pre-qualification or tender. Preparation of method statements programmes and progress updates at contract stage, as may be required by the project’s management.
• Responsible for the preparation of all programmes and histograms necessary for the accurate preparation of a tender. Preparation of various and necessary schedules of items for inclusion in prelims costs.  

• Design report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project.
