Responsible for the provision and implementation of Programme Control Systems and processes for the NPfIT Programme which consisted of: Integrated Care Records System, Electronic Booking System, Electronic Transmission of Prescriptions, Picture Archiving & Communications System, New National Networking Systems, Email & Directory Services, Design Authority, Stakeholder Liaison, and Cluster Implementation using Primavera 3.1 & Primavera P3e Planning Soft
Project: Palm Island Jumeirah Project, Dubai, UAE.
Contract value approximately £4 billion.
The Program is located on the Jumeirah Beach coastline approximately 20km southwest of the centre of Dubai and comprises of a shore-connected island shaped in the style of a palm tree.
