I have been a Foreman, Plant Engineer and I am currently working as Planning Specialist.
My background is Instrument / Electrical, but my duties include Mechanical planning and all types of services.
I plan all scaffoldong, lagging, civils and various other specialist contractors, for the area I cover.

Skills and Strengths:
Thirty years plus experience in the petrochemical industry.
Possess a thorough knowledge of instrumentation and electrical plant and equipment within the petrochemical industry.
Over sixteen years experience as a line manager managing a team of instrument/electrical technicians
Over six years experience as a manufacturing engineer – Present duties include shutdown & maintenance planning, project management, risk management and quality assurance
Effective in communication, facilitation, leadership and interpersonal skills.
My current primary role is that of maintenance and machinery overhaul planner working on a large Hydrocracker complex. Recently I successfully piloted the introduction of Primavera as a maintenance planning tool using live data from Maximo imported via Linksync.
