Canal excavation 1.3 Km, Weir, Canal Regulator, Road works, Hume pipe culvert, penstock and Power house and Other Building constructions.

Currently i'm working for the firm Dwarika Projects limited ,noida ,India .I'm working under the project "The Development of Integrated Check Post at Indo-Bangladesh border at Agartala".My job is to find qunatities of different materils used in the building by studying Autocad Drawings provided by our project consultant.I have the knowledge of Autocad .

• Preparation of Construction Programme for various types of Water Treatment, Waste Water Treatment Projects on BOT basis.
• Preparation of Weekly/ Monthly work programmes.
• Preparation of Comprehensive Time Phased Budget thorough Schedule Planning and cost loading against each activity.
• Determine specific work progress on the project in detail and Capturing actual cost incurred on the project.
• Perform Variance Analysis on the resultant Earned Value Data to measure performance against the approved Project Baseline.

i) Updating the L2 Network programme with the help of Project management software’s (MS Project and Primavera project planner)

ii) Follow up the release of drawings and site possession as per the programme.

iii) Planning, assigning and monitoring the resources.

• i) Preparation of Master Constrution Programme for client as well as for internal purpose to monitor & to achieve the mile stones and for planning of the resources.
• ii) Liaison / Coordinating with the client/ consultant’s management team along with the project manager to sort out the major constraints and to obtain the approval of the programme
•  iii) Preparing the trade wise labour histogram as per the planned programme.

●        Worked as a Quality Control Engineer for Jatinder Mittal Engineers & Contractors for  a  HOUSING Project worth US $ 16 Million, a project of Ministry of Defence looked by Director           General MAP   (Married Accommodation Project ) for Army Staff at Mathura Cant, Under executive agency RITES Ltd and Review consultancy PDIL from Aug’2005 to March06.
