Managing of NATM tunneling, C/C excavation and support and Station building works, EM Coordination

Responsibilities:     

     Responsible for preparing and submitting weekly notices of planned works to the client and Three Months Rolling Program (3MRP) for detailed construction activities in Primavera Project Planner (P3) version 3.0.

     Ensuring monthly updating of Time, Cost and Resource activities in P3, including merging of design updates received from design consultants based at HTC Essen, Germany.
