Worked as Project Chief Engineer for HCC LAVASA Project . This is basically a Hill City development project wherein all the aspects of Civil Engineering is encountered , i.e Dam ,Roads , Buildings , Water Treatment Plant , Sewage treatment Plant , Hotel , etc. Main responsibilities were Planning , Controlling ,Budgeting, Monitoring of works , Subcontract finalisation , Sub contractor and Client Billing etc.
Worked as Technical Assistant to Sr. Vice President (Construction Head) . My main responsibilities was coordinating with various sites for smooth and timely completion of project, Project Budget evaluation , Project Management – Planning , Monitoring and Controlling of various projects .Specifically looked after Gosikhurd Spillway Project , LAVASA Project , GLIS 1 & 2 ( Lift Irrigation Project ) , Kalol Mehsana Pipeline Project , Allahabad Bye Pass Road project etc etc .
Project Planning, Monitoring, Budgeting and Costing
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports through System Application & Product in Data Processing (SAP).
• Preparation of budget for the project and monthly invoicing of the same.
• Planning for infrastructure works (like Crushing Plant 150 TPH,Batching plant 30m3/hrs & 60m3/hrs, Labour & officers prefabricated camps.
