Managed project controls for approximately $400 million in Health Care development properties and support other ongoing projects for Hill International (North Africa). Collaborated with Project Director and Projects Controls Director in creating project plans, workflow structures, master/ recovery/ progress schedules and procedures. Generated reports and delivered presentations to decision-makers. Selected Contributions: ♦ Played integral role in project controls management for all phases of large-scale New National Cancer Institution (NNCI) project from pre-design through completion.
