I joined as Management Trainee and rose to the position of Deputy Manager Civil. I was fully responsible for management of new projects like 140 housing units, school & hospital building in the township & administration of the cement plant and the entire estate. Responsibilities also included planning & supervising work during plant shutdowns and providing technical support to the marketing department.
