Member of the SAP delivery team, implementing SAP within GMPTE, writing procedures, Transaction User Guides relating to the implementation of the SAP Project System and Investment Management modules and the interface with Primavera P6.

Section Manager – Project Controls

Reporting directly to the project controls manager, I am responsible for development, progression and improvement of the programme schedules and cost monitoring on the TIF (Transport Innovation Fund) Heavy Rail programme of works project based in and around the Greater Manchester area. This includes a cost and programme impact monitoring and reporting service to support and deliver the project schedule as defined in our clients (DfT/AGMA) procedures. My responsibilities included:
