Project:
Construction of a Gas Pipeline: Rosarno - Maida – Maierato DN 1200 (48”) – 65 km
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare WBS, OBS, RBS and CBS
- Prepare Level 1 to 4 Schedules using Primavera P3 v.3.0 or MS Project software (Bar Chart and PERT), in accordance with the client requirements
- Support the project team with Planning & Schedule Control Services/Cost Control Services
- Provide Planning assistance and Cost assistance during the review of the project/contractor variation orders, change requests and/or claims
