Achievements: Prepared micro planning for all the activities and closely monitored the same, flagged up the issues and risks involved so that achieved the first 2 miles stones of the project.

Introduced new and user friendly practice for easy and close monitoring of activities.





Responsibilities:

Have been working with Gammon & Billimoria LLC (G&B) for over 40 months now ..



I am well versed with all aspects related to planning / monitoring a project. I have very good experience in high rise towers and residential villas. Apart from formulating the Cl. 14.1 programme, I monitor the costing of the project, both in terms of manpower and material. I have ample knowledge in Quantity Surveying as well.
