Key roles is to provide an effective project planning, project coordination and reporting system for the entire construction of the Medupi Power station.



Project Planning

     Maintain and manage the development, implementation and execution of the planning process.

     Liaise with project team on the status of the project schedule activities and deliverables.

     Updating project schedule with project commitments.

• For J&M Project Management Services, performing a site-based planning function for the successful completion of the ‘ESKOM Gas1’ Project (5 new Open-Cycle 150MW Gas Turbine Generators) at Ankerlig Power Station in the Western Cape of South Africa.
• Creating detailed schedules for various aspects of the above project i.e.
