Leading a team of 4 planner .

Responssible for overall project planning monitoring and cost control for MEP & Systems work for Metro phase-1 & 2.

Preparation of baseline programme , detailed working schedule, progress report & monitoring chart.

Delay and impact analysis for all 43 stations .

Interface programme for MEP & Civil work .

Using Primavera 3.3 & MSP.

§  Preparation of Clause 14 Program using Primavera P6.

§  Preparation of Manpower Resources Loading in the Baseline Program.

§  Preparation of Cost Loading in the Baseline Program.

§  Preparation of Quantity Loading in the Baseline Program.
