Technical Co-ordinator - ARAB ENGINEERING BUREAU, Doha, Qatar

As Technical coordinator reporting to the Managing Director, developed schedules for pre-contract design consultancy services and post-contract construction projects. Assisted project managers in preparing progress reports using various project control tools and prepared technical documents for inclusion in tenders and fee proposals.

1. Follow up & updating Time Schedule for different projects as a consultant. 
2. Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports to upper management.
3. Review weekly, monthly reports submitted from the contractors.
4. Prepare Time Schedule for internal projects.
5. Checking S-Curve & cash flow reports sent from the contractors.
6. Prepare all tender documents and Pricing as a consultant. 
7. Help & Support in Evaluation of tenders submitted by the Contractors . 

Development of Project Execution Plan (Activities, WBS, Resource allocation) using Primavera Project Planner ver.3. Development of various levels of Project execution and fine tuning plans for approvals from client. Project progress tracking and report generation. Development of S-curves and other resource curves. Development of recovery plans in-case of backlogs in progress
