Michael Elwin has over 13 years’ experience as a project controls manager and engineering specialist. His project control skills include scheduling, estimating and cost reporting. He has experience with computer system hardware and software setup and administration.  His scheduling experience includes use of Microsoft Project and Primavera Project Software.  His experience includes critical path and float evaluations, planned versus actual changes to logic and constraints, evaluation of project and inter-project interfaces and milestones, and schedule variances.
