Current Role

Project planning, review Contractor's program of works, give comments and recommend approval of Baseline Programs and update programs,. 

Review and comments upon the Contractor's materials procurement schedules, resources  and plans.

Progress monitoring comparing  the updated program versions with the approved baseline programs, and assess the corrective and mitigation measures to absorb the delays, if any and reporting on weekly and monthly basis including progress S-Curve, Cash Flow amnd Resources Histograms.
