Phil has 30 years Project Controls leadership experience on major/mega projects including High Speed 2, Express Rail Link Hong Kong, Doha Metro, Thameslink, Crossrail, Muscat International and Salalah Airports (Oman), Palm Jumeirah, Ferrari World Theme Park (Abu Dhabi), Hong Kong International Airport, Channel Tunnel Rail Link (HS1) and the Channel Tunnel.

Resposible for Quality Supervision, Progress Montoring & Reporting of a small Earthen Dam, 18 kms long Open Canal Drainage System, 8 kms long Sewerage System, 5 kms long Black Topped Road, Staff Quarter, Office cum Laboratory Building, Workshop, Garage, Parking area and a Wastewater Treatment Plant with 2 Anaerobic Concrete Ponds (Total Volume of 2 ponds: 7500 m3), 9 Aerobic Ponds (Total Volume of 9 ponds: 12,000 m3), Emergency Holding Tank (Volume: 780 m3) and Sludge Drying Beds (4000 m2).
