Managing the Planning of both tenders & projects , extensive experience in large dirty water schemes ( £100m+)

Now planning both bids and managing project execution for highway schemes under the HA S&SE framework contract

Also assisting on start up on Walton Bridge project, now finally underway after 5 years of enquiries, funding issues etc

Monitoring and reporting back to the Client (BRIS),HRL and Costain management, on the progress of various Subcontractors working on our behalf, throughout a Shutdown on the North Morecambe Terminal, and following on to the major Rivers Fields construction.

Developing a Civil design and construction programme for the Rivers Fields Development. Analysing performances, critical paths, resources, timescales, and producing project status reports for management and the Client.
