Ian has over 25 years of experience in design-, procurement- and installation planning in a variety of industries namely structural steel buildings, railway, mining; opencast and underground projects, Upstream oil and gas – FPSO and rig modifications and more recently oil refinery projects. Lead collaboration efforts across multiple levels of the organization, and multi-discipline teams from Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Reliability to develop detailed plans and schedules used to execute field turnaround work. Responsible for integrating turnaround maintenance activities. Develop fully integrated turnaround cost estimates, manpower loading and execution schedules that meet Key Performance Indicators, achieve safety and environmental integrity, and achieve business objectives.
