British Nuclear fuels

Senior Planner- British Nuclear Fuels (BNFL), Sellafield UK £1.5 billion Nuclear Reprocessing facility. Multi discipline planning role.

I was a planner working on Sellafield Thorp projects creating detailed project programmes from FEL stages to implementation using MS Project and P3 software. Working on multiple projects I produced programmes and manpower estimates for the following phases whilst reporting on the current phases using critical path analysis and earned value.

As a lead planner working on Sellafield B38 projects my role was to lead a small planning team to update the project programme on a monthly basis using P3e software and produce various reports for resource control and earned value reporting.
