- Overall responsibility of the performance of my team and progress of the whole project from the preparation phase up to the handover to the client (conception, design, procurement, construction, handover phases).
- Management of the design phase of assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants
- Prepare tender evaluation report & prepare recommendation for final approval from direct supervisor and concerned committees
- Manage the project team, administration tasks and their control
- Monitor and verify material submittals
