Project Planner for the implementation of the Horsham Area Resignalling Scheme.

•     Preparation and maintenance of overall project programme.

•     Creation and incorporation of best result what-if scenarios.

•     Assessment of effects of variations.

•     Interface with both internal and external service providers.

•     Creation and update of the Project Client and internal Corporate reports.

•Review contract drafts to ensure adequacy of engineering schedule requirements within these contracts. Co-ordinates development of all data forming approved contract costs to support project schedule.

•Manage the process of reviewing and approving all Contractors submitted schedules.

•Develop and maintain the project master schedule and schedule hierarchy

•Manage the preparation of scheduling presentations for the PMC, Yong-In LRT Co., and Contractors as required

•Prepare Schedule reporting formats for routine project reports to the owner and the Korean government.
