Responsible for the delivery of the Planning and Project Control functions.

As part of the Cross rail expansion projects, Balfour Beatty is responsible for the Design, Build & Commissioning for a section of OLE (Overhead Line Electrification) track between Stockley Bridge Junction & Maidenhead Station. The works consisted of Foundation Piles for the Signals/Masts & Overhead Line Portal Gantries, All Steel Structure Work, SPS (Small Parts Steel) & Wiring (Including ATF) to accommodate increased traffic through this route.

November 2017 – Feb 2018 Balfour Beatty Ltd – Senior Planning Engineer

• NEC3 Option C Project supporting the planning function for BEPPS/DIFF Project for Sellafield Ltd. The project value is £7.9m for the E&I aspect of the job.
• Introducing Project Control measures to support the individual projects
• Milestone and Cost Coding, EVM Reporting, Workbooks, RAG Reports, Variance to Baseline Reports, Variance over Period Reports (T-1), and Variance over 6 Months Reporting (T-6)
• Regular Weekly Client and Sub Contractor Interfaces

·         I created and maintained programme and projects plans across all phases of the project at SMAAH, Sacret Heart, and ECLC Project

·         I planned and allocated of project resources to work packages that lead to efficient resource optimization.

·         Establish Program schedules, track cost, and analyze earned value management data.
