Responsible for a team of 5 planners to develop and deliver Overhead Line schemes for National Grid within the Alliance framework agreement. Working to the NEC3 contract, all programmes must conform to best practice and all internal and external policies and procedures.
Using Primavera P6 to monitor progress, critical path analysis, SPI reporting, Earned Value Management and resource profiling as well as producing impacted and mitigated programmes used in the compensation event process.
