Babcock Networks (Electricity Alliance West) – Senior Planner
Responsible for a team of 5 planners to develop and deliver Overhead Line schemes for National Grid within the Alliance framework agreement. Working to the NEC3 contract, all programmes must conform to best practice and all internal and external policies and procedures.
Using Primavera P6 to monitor progress, critical path analysis, SPI reporting, Earned Value Management and resource profiling as well as producing impacted and mitigated programmes used in the compensation event process.
Senior Project Planner at Babcock International, planning, scheduling and reporting progress
Broad experience in Project Controls ranging from EVM , Risk to scheduling and resourcing on million to billion pound shipbuilding contracts.
Also an active member of APM , involved in the Scottish Branch of this which involves hosting events and acting as corporate liason.
Responsible for the overall PM and Project Controls Function in Rosyth. Providing leadership , coordination and management of the Project PM and Project Controls processes , toolsets and capability across portfolio of projects.The projects include civil nuclear , oil & gas , renewables and commercial/MOD marine
