I was working on subsea protection structures which include a main outer protection frame, fitted out ICMs, roof panels and location piles as part of Total’s Ellon and Grant Life Extension Project. I compiled a fully integrated cost and resource loaded programme covering detailed design, procurement, fabrication, construction, surface protection FAT/SIT and load out which was used for client progress reporting and internal earned value management and reporting.
