Employed to develop & monitor the resource loaded schedule for the 7 phases of the project, total value £75M. I undertook the role in parallel with the AXIOM role. Prior to this I led the bid (cost & schedule) for the ITER Detritiation project (€6.5M).
Development and management of EPCM Schedule of a new vaccine plant project. The global project (France, USA and Mexico) has a budget of 80 MM USD. I am coordinating the project controls team and supporting to the manager with the coordination of complete team of around 70 people.
