Worked as Senior Planning Engineer for Italian Oil Company Agip KCO which is a subsidiary of Eni. Based in the Hague I was responsible for Planning and Control of 284 Development Wells. Planning was performed using Prinmavera.

Analyzed and ensured that all required project documents and engineering deliverables are set up to establish a proper project baseline, and monitored progress against those to the critical path. Responsible for the following projects: EPC 166MW Power Generation Plant, EPC Power Plant Utilities, C Main Pipe Rack Erection approx. 16500 tons of steel structures in total, EC 200 man Temporary Offices and four 1000 m2 each Warehouses.
Based in Atyrau, Kazakhstan for the Early Works phase of the Kashagan Development Project for Agip KCO. Providing assistance to the Client in using RoK national companies to develop the Infrastructure Projects with specific responsibility for planning of Rail Link, Permanent Camp (500 man) + Contractors Camp (5,000 man) and Site Preparation Process Plant.
Responsible for the planning associated with Offshore Civil Kashagan Development Project in the North Caspian Sea (construction of artificial islands to provide a support area for drilling rigs and well completion units) and Onshore Projects (Bautino Marine Base expansion and Off Base). Coordination, analysis and management reporting / guidance. Monitoring of contractors performance and providing accurate feedback on trends and their potential mitigation to the project management. Responsible for mentoring and developing Kazakh National planning engineers.
