ABB Lumus Global Lead Planner

Working as lead Planning Engineer on the Detailed Design of the Khuff Gas Development Project. This was an EPC contract with the engineering and procurement being carried out in The Hague. The construction, installation and commissioning was performed in UAE.I was responsible to the Project Controls Manager for the preparation and maintenance of the detailed level 3 network and the production of weekly progress figures with two Planning Engineers assisting me in this task. Systems Used: P3, Microsoft Project

Working in The Hague as part of the Project Team carrying out the Detailed Design of A6A Offshore Platform for Wintershall. Monitoring the progress, manhour expenditure and maintaining the Project network. Preparing Weekly Reports to the Client and reviewing the Schedule to ensure a timely completion. The contract for L8-P4 also for Wintershall was carried out in Zwyndrecht. I was the Lead Planning Engineer Overseeing the Detail Design & Construction of the platform in addition to the Coordination & Integration of Subcontractor Schedules.

     Taking up Technical clarification with the company representatives

     Preparing Project execution plan

     Conceptualize the engineering & procurement delivery programme.

     Manage engineering deliverable schedule.

     Provide inputs for the schedule development and project KPI.

Member of the ABB Lummus Global Project Management Team for the Exxon/Kemya Olefins Project in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. A lump-sum contract for engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) of 700,000 t/a Ethylene Plant.

• Monitor subcontract activities on project equipments schedules & mobility, status and costs. (In-Kingdom and Out-of-Kingdom procurement).
