Dinginin Power Station Project – Philippines ($1.70B – 1,336MW Supercritical Coal-fired Power Plant)

• Setup guidelines and procedures in the preparation of scope baseline, schedule baseline and progress measurement for the construction of two (2) unit Supercritical Coal-fired Power Plant resulting to an effective controls of project execution.
• Establish review procedures and acceptance criteria for the monthly Contractor billing resulting to an efficient invoicing process.
• Define roles and responsibilities of the Central Planning Team composing of combined Owner’s and Contractor’s Planning Engineers, Schedulers, Quantity Surveyors and Cost Engineers resulting to an effective project coordination.
