Preparation of detailed CL-14 & Tender programs in P-5.0, Resource Histograms, Cash flow, Reports, Planning Scheduling of project site using Primavera 5.0, Claim programs for extension of time, cost control of project site by calculating variance. Rescheduling in the event of considerable deviation from Master Programme. Preparation & updating the weekly & monthly progress reports, Updating of construction activities/progress monitoring. Preparation of material & documents submittals to client/consultant & fallow up for approval, Attend progress meetings & record minutes of meeting.
