1.     Work activity analysis for substantiation of contractual Claims including preparation of “as built” versus “scheduled” programmes showing all instances of delay and disruption to the critical path activities of the Works.
2.     Preparation of Claim data for temporary access roads for excavation to the Regulating Pond. (Including compaction requirement variations issued by Engineer)
3.     Preparation of Overbreak data for underground excavation (TBM and DBM work).

1. making history all the activities from the beginning of the progress to determine the length of delays that occur using primavera (about 10.000 more activity).
2. make a list of correspondence (official letter and email) between the client with the contractor related delays that occur.
3. create a cost analysis of the work and actual quantity of work that has been implemented by the contractor, which is the responsibility of the client based on the Contract Aggreement (FIDIC).

Hyundai was the main contractor for the engineering and construction of the Four Seasons Hotel, a 30+ storey building in Cairo built on an area of 7500 sq.m. I joined the company as a planning and control engineer, member of a planning team responsible for the detailed scheduling and the progress monitoring & reporting. After a year and a half with the company, I was given the responsibility to prepare the Monthly Progress Invoice to the Client. I participated as a team member in the calculation and analysis of the time impact due to variations and claims.
