•Developed & maintained project EPFCC schedule, update progress, resource loading in P3 schedule and generate & update manpower histograms.
•Developed detailed Level I, II, III & IV Work Schedules (by Area/Systems) and assists with Construction & Commissioning crew to develop and maintain Master Project Schedule.

Project Monitoring with the help of Functional Schedule , Drawing and Document Schedule,  ‘S’ curves ,  Progress Reports, Activity list ,Variance report, Procurement Status Reports, Productivity analysis reports, Manpower Projection, Manhour Summary report.

Prepare Chart of Accounts (COA), Project Invoice, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Resource Histograms etc from Estimating metrics.
