Achievements: Achieved the concreting cycle for outer wall of dia 25 M with 1.2 m width having concrete qty of 500 cum within a period of 12 days.

1. Preparation of milestones
2. Scheduling of work programme / L3 network in Primavera
3. Preparation of Manpower Mobilization Schedule, Procurement Schedule, equipment mobilization Schedule
4. Advise and assist the contractor in the development of the short term work plan.
5. Review/approve contractor’s work programs submissions.
