Joined the staff of a South African based global petro-chemical company as an experienced planner, on a multibillion dollar project, mainly in the chemicals sector, as well as in other units of the local CTL plant, with input into shutdown planning of these units in the Coal-to-Liquids plant.

Monte Carlo risk management also undertaken on major projects.

Other projects include projects in the middle East as well as planning for entire CTL plants both local and global (RSA, India & China).

Moved to the Estimating function. Involved and responsible for both conceptual and detailed estimates (all project phases), both local and global, from small projects to large multi-billion dollar local and global projects, such as CTL, GTL plants, gasification unit model etc.

Obtained PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) international certification via AACEi (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International).

Moved to the Estimating function. Involved and responsible for both conceptual and detailed estimates (all project phases), both local and global, from small projects to large multi-billion dollar local and global projects, such as CTL, GTL plants, gasification unit model etc.
