Programme Management : manage, supervise and mentor the provision of project control support for a £300m portfolio of work and major programmes. Provide management reports for Region 1-4 Portfolio/Programme/Project Accountability Meetings. Implement financial control, manage fund sanction allocation, change control and risk mitigation correlation. Communicate Implementation Programme performance to senior management, using Key Milestones, Schedule Adherence, Financial Performance against baseline, Earned Value Management, Whole Life Project Cost and reconciliation and stakeholder management.

Project Control Engineer for BE’s Projects Division, developing Level 1 P3e (v4.1) plans taking projects from initial concept through to completion, to level 4 schedules used to control and monitor progress of the site installation / construction phase of projects. Duties also included the production & maintenance of comprehensive cost reports indicating information such as current sanction, commitment, and actual costs, incidence forecasting and costs at completion.
