– Keeping the Head of Project Controls Department and Project Controls Manager (when applicable) informed in detail of progress and costs achieved against plans. Gives’ early warning of potentially unfavorable trends and monitors the activities for mitigation.

Maintain adequate level of personnel, with appropriate levels of skills.
Provide on-going staff development and training.
Oversee the Cash Flow Analysis preparation for the Corporate reporting

Develop, maintain and control the project schedule; monitor and control the budgets and the costs, manpower forecast, progress, earned value and performance factor analysis for engineering phase.
Issue the internal and the Client (external) reports, invoice verifications; issues change orders and trends for all deviations from the budget..
