I produce time-chainage programmes for bidding on international railway projects.

Planning Engineer with over 8 years experience in mining, aviation, construction and railways industries. I'm an expert in Primavera and experienced in the creation of resource and cost loaded programmes. I enjoy automating updates and reports using VBA and Primavera and I have experience with data migration and from SAP, MS Project and other databases to Primavera. I have been successful in the delivery of projects that meet client expectations, budgets and agreed specifications.

Working at IMCO Engineering and Construction Co. W.L.L, engaged in EPIC for Upgrade of Anti-surge & Turbine Controls at seven remote plants.

Key Responsibilities:

®  Conduct interactive planning sessions with project team to build planning package, logically sound schedule and achieve team ‘buy-in’.

®  Maintain schedules and provide analytical reviews of float and project progress vs baselines to identify areas of concern and participate in the development of recovery plans as needed.

Project Description

To install additional capacity for, and transfer of, toothpaste & mouthwash production from 2 donor factories, to allow rationalisation, plus numerous smaller projects along similar lines.

Role & Responsibilities
Planning and reporting of installation works, enabling works (logistical process changes, toothpaste formulation development and product rationalisation), and managed transfer of production

Responsable of technical department. Working in preparing bids for projects in Spain (bid planning), technical assistance for planning, scheduling, cost management to the Spain Business projects.

• Preparing Planning programme, analyzing, maintaining contract administration database and monitoring projects by using P3, P5 and Expedition.
• Responsibilities including Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Preparing Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports, Change Management, Cost Analysis, Earned Value Analysis, Extension of Time Analysis, handling/ attending meeting with Client, Consultant, General Contractor, Sub-contractors, etc.
