I was assigned as Planning Engineer in the Project Control Department at the Saipem Corporate Headquarters in San Donato, Milan. I was tasked to help in the development of Planning Procedures and Construction Schedule of the Soku Gas Plant for Shell Nigeria and the Offshore Pipeline, Berths Installation in Jamnagar, India for Bechtel/Reliance Petroleum Ltd.

I also prepared Construction Schedule for Bid Proposal of Texaco Exploration Myanmar Inc. 30” Pipeline & Valve Station Installation and the Water Pipeline System of Venezuela. 

Contract Senior Planning Engineer, Pipelines, Heavy lift & EPC contracts approx value 200 million. To carry out tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager / Project Managers.
-     Preparation of corporate vessel and resource schedules.
-     Maintain close contact with SUKL Planning Department in London.
-     Supervise and assist planning engineers and junior planning engineers working within the department.

Developing, update and monitor the level 2&3 schedules. S-curves, histograms, KPI’s, productivity, trends, application for progress payment, monthly cost reports, invoice checking.
Issuing and monitoring the change orders and trends for all deviations from budget.
Developing and maintaining the WBS and CBS.
Developing the “Document Progress Register” database to control and monitor the engineering and procurement progress and the “Timesheet System” to record the spent man-hours by WBS and CBS.

Senior Principal engineer with Saipem: Saipem was retained as PMC for the development of works package for the subcontract for Abu Dhabi refinery process modification. i was appointed as the project lead and vested responsibilities for program initiation and development of its specifics, undertaking technical clarification with the owner, supervising development of works package inline with the Contract requirement and after technical clarification, providing the technocommercial analysis and recommendation. Developing EPIC schedule for the Saudi Aramco’s 13 Wellhead platform.
