 Following are some of the responsibilities during this Assignment:

Plan, Monitor and analyze discipline wise progress, efficiency and productivity reports based on Earned Man Hour, Quantities and Actual Man Hour.

Generate and monitor daily, weekly & monthly look-ahead schedule, targets for the area Engineer and Supervisors based on Level-IV plans.

Schedule analysis, and performance reports (Weekly & Monthly).

Identification of bottlenecks.<

Current Role

 Preparation of overall project schedule using Primavera Project Planner in accordance to committed contractual milestones.
 Direct and manage project execution by keeping regular coordination with all concerned departments like design, production, procurement, quality control to ensure the timely execution and completion of the project.
 Monitoring of progress reports of running projects for effective control of work progress.

Current Role

-     Preparation of Level-III plan (i.e. detailed project plan) having Zone & Area wise organization of activities under Project scope of Work.
-     Regularly performing critical path analysis, anticipating bottlenecks and highlighting these to Site Manager and Construction Manager.     
-     Updating activities in level-III plan (i.e. Detailed Project Plan prepared in Primavera P3) in close co-ordination with Area In-charges & Construction Manager.
