Development of planned maintenance for fixed and mobile plant, rotating and electrical equipment (including power generation and distribution systems), and facility support/civil (housing and building fabrications) areas.
Planned Shutdown works on chilled water, power generation and distribution (Diesel), potable water and environmental plant.

Site services and project work - Greenfields and Brownfields

Management of junior schedulers and planners
Development of new maintenance practices including RCM, Condition Based Monitoring, Planned Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
Site wide training on planning practices and SAP use, including implementation of self written procedures and work instructions.
Development of planning specific and work specific processes, procedures and work instructions
Project Planning for capital improvement projects and new installations
